In the first trailer for Dolittle, we see Lady Rose (Carmel Laniado) go to Dr. Dolittle's (Robert Downey Jr.) home, which is filled with animals. After their meeting, he heads with her to Buckingham Palace, riding in on an ostrich. We learn that this remarkable veterinarian, who can talk to animals, has to embark on a perilous journey to a far-off land.
